Acapulco Resort Hotel Kyrenia , Agios Epiktitos

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was beautiful, offering great sea views and sandy beaches, but the ambiance could use some improvement at the resort. The service was a standout, with incredible and helpful staff, although I encountered some rudeness which put me off. The dining experience was very good overall, particularly with the variety and healthy food options, but being charged for hot water and the inconvenience of having to walk 500m in the cold for breakfast was a downside. The rooms, split over blocks within the gardens, were dated and lacking in amenities such as a kettle or toothbrush, not meeting my expectations for what I paid.

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the food was good. The spa staff, especially the masseuses from Bali, were exceptional. On the downside, my room, 1124, was a bit outdated. The cafeteria staff, although ordinary, were friendly. However, my room was far from the booked location.

The free bottled water in the room is a nice touch, but some staff members were rude and unhelpful. The location is serene but a bit isolated, yet well-suited for a family getaway. The dining options were rich, except for the disappointing quality in some items. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
